  3. Someone says:

What about the brown states? >_>

Regardless, I'm writing him in anyway.

  4. CalInMi says:

I am disappointed that Mr. Miller did not register as a write in candidate in Michigan. I Would Vote for him if I could. It is truly sad that the ONE candidate I Would vote for is not available to me.
@ Someone, apparently the brown states are states in which Mr. Miller did not register as a candidate.

    • American3P says:

The write-in requirements in Michigan were too strict. We did not have the required electors nor the staff/man-power to get out the vote. We need more dedicated members in Michigan.

      • GA Boy says:

What was the problem with Georgia? According to the following news article of 2010, the only write-in requirements for GA are filing out a form and taking out a newspaper ad: http://www.times-herald.com/opinion/Georgia-law-r
The official GA write-in forms are here: http://www.sos.ga.gov/elections/candidate_informa
But, curiously, I don't see a write-in form for federal office.
The list of those who did qualify for GA write-in status is here in PDF: http://www.sos.ga.gov/elections/2012CertifiedWrit
Eight people qualified including Virgil Goode of the Constitution party, but not Merlin Miller. Note how these write-in lists are hard to find and they don't even put a title on the page to say which state it is for. Washington state is like that too: http://www.sos.wa.gov/_assets/elections/2012Presi
But here note Merlin Miller is available as a write-in in WA state, which is listed as a brown state in the A3P map above. It seems WA really should be green.

In any case, the status of the brown states should be properly identified.

        • American3P says:

Ooops sorry! I updated the map. My error.

Also, the State of Georgia informed us that we had to pay a “qualifying fee”. We simply did not have the money they wanted which was over $5000.00.

  5. Robert Stark says:

What is the current status for California?

    • American3P says:

Unfortunately California denied us write-in status. Any write-in vote for Merlin Miller would be discarded.

We recommend write-in vote for Virgil Goode who was our first choice for nomination.

  6. Robert says:

Just came back from voting (in NJ). He has at least one vote here….mine.
