Not at all common in this country anymore in any significant measure. I believe it was the Russian poet, Vladimir Sokolov who once said that when a nation loses its language, it loses its soul. That falls just barely short of saying that once a nation loses its racial heritage, it is gone....and in fact the former is merely a corollary to the latter Fact of Nature. I am USMA 75, H-3. This is my first time seeing any reference to A3P. I will do some homework to learn more. What I see so far looks great. My one caution would be to not help Obama get re-elected by taking votes from the Republican nominee. Third parties don't work these days. I voted for Perot and know. My vote for Perot helped elect Clinton and I have regretted it ever since.
